When is the Check in and Check out time?

Check in: 2p.m.
Check out: 11p.m.
*Check in/out time may vary depending on bookings.

Is there any free parking lot inside the hotel?

We do not offer free parking lot, but there are 3 contracted parking lots operating 24 hours nearby.

Are there any convenience stores around the hotel?

Yes! There is a Lawson and a 7-eleven on the right-hand side from the entrance, which you can reach within a minute!
If you are a fan of Family Mart, it is located near Susukino station Exit 3. Please turn to your left-hand side at the entrance, it takes around 3minutes by walk there.

Is a package delivery service available?

Yes, package delivery service is available for guests. Please note that it is only available within Japan and only accept sending it by prepayment.
Please write down your booking name and check-in date on the delivery slip beforehand if any.

Are smoking and Non-smoking rooms both available?

All room types are non-smoking.
Smoking area is located on 4/F.

Is there a coin laundry service?

Yes, there are 3 coin laundry machines on the 6th, 9th and 12th floors.
Please note that the machine cannot be stopped or paused once started, so please prepare coins beforehand. If you need help, please go to the front desk.

Is there any laundry service?

Yes, please take your clothing to the reception by 10a.m. (by 2p.m. for quick laundry*), laundry will be finished on the same day around 7p.m., we will leave you a message when it’s done.
Please note that if you cannot make it by 10a.m., it will be finished on the next day before 7p.m.
*Quick laundry is available and will be charged an additional 50% for expedited service. Please bring your clothing to the reception by 2 p.m., and the laundry will be finished on the same day around 7 p.m

During the Golden Week, our laundry services will be closed on the following dates. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Closure Dates: May 3rd, 2024 (Friday), May 4th (Saturday), May 5th (Sunday), and May 6th (Monday/Holiday). Normal operations will resume on May 7th, 2024 (Tuesday).

Is it possible to make reservations in advance for local restaurants?

Due to the increasing number of restaurant reservation cancellations without notice, we can only assist guests who has already checked in. Thank you for your understanding and your cooperation.

Are there vending machines in the hotel?

Yes, there are vending machines located on each floor and inside the smoking area on the 4th floor.

Is there any fitness center inside the hotel?

Yes, we have a fitness room on the 4th floor. Please click here to see more.

How can I call room-to-room?

Please press 7, and then the room number you would like to reach.

When is the breakfast time?

Breakfast is served from 6a.m. to 10a.m. (L.O. at 9:45a.m.)  For more information, click HERE.
*Please note that opening hours may differ.

Are there any public baths, hot spring, spas or massage facilities?

No, we don’t have those facilities, but we do offer in-room massage service from 4 p.m. to 1 a.m. Please view the menu by clicking here and make your reservation by dialing extension number 8.

Are there any rooms with separate toilets and bathrooms?

Yes! The Deluxe Twin Room and The Suite Room have separate toilets and bathrooms.

Can I go back to my room directly on the 1st floor?

For security reasons, you cannot access your room directly from the 1st floor. Instead, you must use the elevator to go to the 3rd floor and use your room key to activate the key carder to gain access to your room.

What is the latest Check-Out time?

Late check-out is available until 2 p.m., subject to availability on your check-out date.*
*Please check the rate for late check-out before 2 p.m. as follows:

  • Standard/Privilege Twin/Queen rooms: 1,000yen per hour
  • Superior Twin/Triple rooms: 2,000yen per hour
  • Deluxe Twin Room and Suite Room: 3,000yen per hour

After 2p.m., an extra night’s fee will be applied, which will vary depending on your room type.

Is it possible to extend my stay?

Yes, it is possible to extend your stay depending on the room availability. Please contact the reception in advance to make arrangements.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes, we accept major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Unionpay.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the room type and the booking conditions. Please check the cancellation policy when you make your reservation.

Is it possible to store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, we offer luggage storage service at the reception. You can store your luggage for free within the day of your check-out.

Do you offer a shuttle service to the airport?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a shuttle service to the airport. However, you can go to the airport by public transportation nearby our hotel, please click here for more information. Furthermore, we can arrange a taxi for you upon request. Please contact the reception for more information.

Are there any restaurants or cafes in the hotel?

Yes, we have a restaurant on the 3rd floor. You can discover more about it at Restaurant Bordeaux

Is there a business center in the hotel?

We do not have a business center in the hotel, but we offer printing, photocopying service. Please contact the reception for more information.
