Hidden within the hotel courtyard, La Terrasse is a seasonal summer terrace created as a relaxing open-air retreat for adults.
Surrounded by buildings like an urban oasis, guests can enjoy drinks and dining under the open sky while feeling the gentle summer breeze.

The theme for 2026 is Provence, South of France.
Warm weather, peaceful scenery, rich food culture, and unhurried moments shared with loved ones — the atmosphere of Southern France comes alive in the courtyard of Mercure Sapporo.

Guests can enjoy two sharing-style plates:
the Marché Plate featuring five cold dishes including roast beef, mussels, and octopus carpaccio, and the Bistro Plate featuring six warm dishes such as grilled pork shoulder, pan-seared cutlassfish, and tarte flambée.
Camembert cheese and baguette are also available with free refills.

A wide selection of drinks is included, featuring red, white, rosé, and sparkling wines, draft beer, sours, cocktails, and various soft drinks.
