The Sapporo Autumn Festival, the largest gourmet event in Hokkaido, will be held at Odori Park from September 12 to October 4, 2025.

Mercure Sapporo will once again participate at the 11-Chome “PRECIOUS TABLE” venue, presenting dishes from our beloved restaurant Bordeaux directly at the festival!

Following last year’s great success, this year we are proud to offer our chef’s signature flavors again in the heart of Odori Park.

Special Coupons:

  • During the event, all hotel guests and Bordeaux restaurant diners will receive a complimentary drink coupon that can be used at our booth in Odori Park.
