Notice of Full Hotel Closure on Monday, November 10, 2025, Due to Mandatory Electrical Equipment Inspection

Dear Guests,

Thank you for your continued support of Mercure Sapporo.

We would like to inform you that a mandatory electrical equipment inspection, as required by law, will be conducted on the following dates.

During the inspection, the entire hotel will experience a power outage, necessitating the suspension of accommodation services and adjustments to the operating hours of our restaurant and banquet facilities.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Closure Date and Time

• From: Monday, November 10, 2025, 12:00 PM
• To: Tuesday, November 11, 2025, 11:00 AM (scheduled)

Facility Operating Information

• November 10, 2025 (Monday): No accommodation services will be available.
• November 11, 2025 (Tuesday): Accommodation services will operate as usual.
• Note: The attached parking lot will also be closed starting around midnight on November 10.

[Restaurant]

• November 10, 2025 (Monday): Breakfast will be served as usual. Lunch and banquets will not be available.
• November 11, 2025 (Tuesday): Breakfast and lunch services will not be available. Banquet services will operate as usual.
• Note: Lounge operations are currently undecided.
