Please be advised that renovation work to upgrade the hotel’s air conditioning system will be carried out according to the schedule below.

During the construction period, sections of the ceiling in the affected areas will be opened and protective coverings will be installed as part of the renovation work. As a result, the appearance of certain areas within the hotel may be temporarily affected, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Construction Areas and Schedule

3rd Floor – Restaurant Bordeaux
September 14–25, 2026

4th Floor – Banquet Rooms, Smoking Area, Fitness Gym, and surrounding areas
September 28–October 10, 2026

3rd Floor – Lobby
October 12–23, 2026

In addition, during the construction period, part of the accessible parking area beside the hotel will be used for the temporary storage of construction materials. As a result, fewer parking spaces than usual will be available.
