Mercure Sapporo - [From Tuesday, July 1] Notice Regarding Eco Cleaning for Consecutive Night Stays

At Mercure Sapporo, we are proud to be certified by the international eco-label Green Key and are committed to environmentally friendly and sustainable practices.

As part of this initiative, from check-ins starting July 1, 2025, guests staying multiple nights will receive Eco Cleaning (trash collection, towel exchange, and amenity replenishment) during their stay.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

[About Eco Cleaning]

• Full room cleaning will be provided once every four days (after three nights).
• On other days, housekeeping staff will enter the room to collect trash, replace towels, and replenish amenities.
• If you prefer not to have staff enter your room, please hang the “Do Not Disturb” card on the door.

If you would like a full room cleaning on a different day, please contact the front desk by midnight the day before.

Please note that staff may enter your room outside of scheduled cleaning days for room maintenance, legal inspections, or emergencies.
