Mercure Sapporo - Notice of Traffic Regulations on August 27

On August 27 (Sunday), due to the “Hokkaido Marathon 2023” and the “Hamanasu Wheelchair Marathon 2023”,
there will be traffic regulations in the vicinity of Mercure Sapporo and various areas within Sapporo city.
